This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1borneo platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Age Eligibility
By accessing or using the 1borneo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Use of the 1borneo platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering and using this platform, you confirm that you are 18 or above. 1borneo reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify this minimum age requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1borneo as the platform operator. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 1borneo platform. Creating multiple accounts using different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of available funds. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 1borneo will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility, except in cases of a security breach reported to us promptly.
1borneo reserves the right to request identity verification documents, such as a copy of a Malaysian identity card, at any time — particularly during the withdrawal process or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
All users of the 1borneo platform are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 1borneo.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, player collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits, in violation of Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws.
- Abusing promotions and bonuses in a manner that contradicts the stated bonus terms, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Engaging in any action that compromises the integrity, security, or reputation of the 1borneo platform.
- Sharing account credentials or allowing any third party to use your account for any purpose.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
Deposit
All financial transactions on the 1borneo platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the Wallet section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process. Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be in the name of the account holder.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the 1borneo account holder. 1borneo reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment account before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated on the platform's help page.
Bonuses & Turnovers
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as explicitly stated in their respective bonus terms. Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements have been fully met. 1borneo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
1borneo is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from wagering, technical disruptions beyond our control, or loss of data. Users access this platform at their own risk. 1borneo's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the active account balance of the user at the time of the incident.
All content on the 1borneo platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1borneo or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1borneo.
The 1borneo platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1borneo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are required to read and understand the terms of service of any third party separately.
1borneo reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1borneo reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to verify your identity or age when requested by 1borneo.
- Unauthorised use of an account by a third party, or violation of the one-account-per-user policy.
- Instructions from a competent authority or court order.
Users may also close their own account by contacting the 1borneo support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in effect.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of the 1borneo platform shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
